Kolcraft Cloud Plus
The design is geared towards families who are constantly on moving. Lightweight, with a simple one-hand compact fold. The front suspension and all-terrain wheel, as well as the multi-position reclining seats, can be used for children up to 50 pounds. The tray for parents and children and a large storage basket and a 3-tiered canopy with peekaboo window provide maximum sun protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design that is dated. It is also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This is a bad option for those seeking a budget option.
While it's not the most light double stroller, it comes with enough features that are worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with minimal effort unlike other light strollers that diverge when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage but it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not easy to push when your legs are hanging in that way. And the absence of padding makes it even more difficult.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and opened. This can be a hassle, especially if you're juggling children while doing it.
The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that will be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. It's a bit narrow, though it's likely that you'll need to put something in for the back to retrieve it. The Cloud includes an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that's great to travel with. It weighs only 18lbs, which is lighter than many single strollers. It folds flat to make it easy to carry and store. It also features independently reclining seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and storage bags underneath the seat. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. It also features an integrated parking brake with one step and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also awesome for maneuvering over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have an excellent neck control in order to be able to ride in the front seat. It does come with an attractive, three-panel sun canopy, though each seat comes with its own snack tray, as well as cup holders for the parents.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is another incredibly lightweight side by side stroller. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's narrower and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) It's got a lot of exquisite details that make it ideal for travel. It's a simple fold, is very maneuverable and fits into the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some distinct differences. It's more expensive but has a better sun canopy and more maneuverability. It also has a convenient carry strap that can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

It is not only incredibly light at only 13 pounds but also has plenty of storage options, including cupholders for both parents and children as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children, a parent's storage pocket, etc. This stroller can also be used with a child's chair and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your children from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and up.
Another thing to note about this stroller is that it only operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't come with locking features, so it might not be the best choice for rocky or hilly terrain. It's still a good option for most families, as it is easy to maneuver on pavements and other smooth surfaces.

Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 is an excellent choice for parents seeking a stroller that is light and can hold two children. The sling-style seats are comfortable and provide a similar amount of headroom, which allows children to sit together. In contrast to other strollers that are side-by-side this one Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that is an ideal spot to nap. Its recline mechanism is simple to use but doesn't go completely flat. Children who are taller may find that they have a leg that hangs out of the way when sitting in the reclined position. It also comes with a large canopy that we found to be better at blocking out sunlight than other strollers in our best double strollers review.
The stroller is light enough to be able to maneuver through door frames. This was an important issue with other models we tested. It folds up quickly and the handlebars are close to the ground, making it easy carrying. Its only downside is its limited storage space, which feels tight when stuffed with things for kids.
Joovy is a family-owned business that creates innovative, practical and high-quality baby products. We also evaluated the durability and strength as well as whether each product has an adult tray that can be used by both children.
The Joovy Kooper X2 earned the highest score for ease of use in our most recent edition of the top double strollers guide, and one of the top scores in our Strollers test program overall. Its user-friendly design comes with a one hand, no tilt recline as well as a large canopy that has ventilation mesh that you can see through even when it's tilted. There are also individual child trays, built-in cupholders and pockets with zippers for parents, and a large storage basket.
